SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery times

Your package will be sent out within 3-7 working days after payment for items in stock. For items in PRESALE phase or not in stock, please contact us to know when products can be dispatched.

Please bear in mind that due to the COVID-19 current situation, there may be some shipping delays due to high demand and safe dispatch measures.

 

Product origin

Items from our current collection are shipped directly from our headquarters in Spain.

 

International customs & duty charges

Customs policies vary widely, with customs or import duties being charged once the order reaches its destination country. FOS Barcelona cannot be held responsible for any additional charges as Customs & Duty charges are controlled by the local government at the destination of import. Before shopping online with Fos Barcelona, we ask for you to be aware of any additional importation fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order. We cannot class your international orders as 'gifts' to bypass or reduce any custom fees. Please contact your local customs or DHL office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.

In Europe, FOS Barcelona offers deliver to: Spain, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (excluding DOM TOM), Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, and United Kingdom.

RETURN POLICY

All online orders can be returned within 30 days from initial purchase date for an online store credit. Please be aware we do not refund. The customer will need to cover shipping costs if they wish to return their item for an online store credit with one year validity. We only offer refunds for having received defective or faulty products. If you wish to return your item/s or if in the event you are to receive an incorrect or defective product please contact us immediately at fos@esferica.org. FOS Barcelona will pay for all postage costs involved in the event of a customer receiving an incorrect or defective product.

In the event of a return for an online store credit, goods must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags. To return an item email fos@esferica.org along with your name, order number and the item/s you wish to return for an online store credit.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.


Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you purchased the product from an authorized FOS Barcelona dealer location/website, please contact the retailer directly.
